Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services (DARS)
Job Coaching
Provides the consumer with training while on their new job to ensure work competency in the workplace for long term success.
Employment
Assists the consumer with filling out applications, cover and thank you letters, interview etiquette, appropriate dress for interviewing and accompanying the consumer in the interview process as their advocate.
Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS)
Provide supportive, supervised visitation for children and parents who have been separated due to placement in foster care or custody disputes.
Provide parental support before, during, and after the visit in order to give families the best opportunity for success.
Use parent-directed, pre-planning of the visit, suggestion and/or modeling of parenting techniques, as well as instruction and resources regarding child development, child engagement, and family enrichment
Mental Health and Mental Retardation (MHMR)
Provides community support, employment assistance, and supported employment services to people with intellectual disabilities and/or a related condition.
Services also include ongoing support and coordination for rehabilitative services to help individuals function with as much self-determination and independence as possible
Workforce Solutions (WFS)
Texas Rising Star– We observe, assess, and evaluate daycare centers to make sure they meet standards set forth by the State of Texas.
Workshops-We provide continued education to the community in the areas of resume writing, interviewing techniques, basic computer applications, and social media.
Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS)

Financial Management Services Agency We provide payroll services as well as deposits and reports witholding taxes on behalf CDS employers.
