Contact us at info@c1cgroup.org to ask any additional questions and to determine if we might be a good fit for your needs.  Email is the primary form of contact due to the time constraints of this program and the need for documentation of the communcation between staff and clients.  We do not have the ability to return frequent phone calls.

Step Three:
Download and fill out all the forms for Intake and Application.

Step Four:
Collect or have your attorney/court send all legal documents to C1C via fax at 972-499- 9080, by US Postal Service, or secured email to info@c1cgroup.org. You are welcome to mail them to us as well or drop them off and put them in the secure mail box at our office.  Please do so via email and we will return your email.

Step Five:
Once you have provided all documents, paid your intake appointment fee, we can schedule the intake session,  usually within 48 hours when we have all of the documents and the payment. Each party will submit their own documents separately and conduct their own Intake appointment.

Step Six:
Once Intake is complete with all participant’s then visitations will be scheduled as appointed by the courts. Payments for each visit is expected a week in advance as this method will ensure your scheduled timeframe. Clients will receive written notices confirming visitation times electronically or USPS.
